Hi! My name is Carmen Fiscal, and I'm one of the Fourth Grade teachers at Joe Wright Elementary.   This is my 6th year teaching at Joe Wright. I graduated December 2014 from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I hold two teaching certifications; EC-6 Generalist and ESL or English as a Second Language.  I have a Masters Degree in Elementary Education with a specialization as a Reading Specialist that I received from Stephen F. Austin University. This past may I also received a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on STEM education from University of Texas in Tyler.
